Service was absolutely amazing. I wish I got the front clerks name. She was just hilarious and so welcoming. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was really good- not just your typical hotel waffles. Only bad part was that we had to pay for parking. Hotel does not provide parking. It was $15 for the night.
Friendly, efficient staff. Tidy room and common area. Fairly easy walk to Old Market area, Uber home after dark. Airport transport is not a shuttle as per website, but is by hotel-paid Uber arranged after calling front desk Enjoyed my stay
The girl working front desk was so nice and friendly. I would love to give her a personal shout-out but I didn't catch her name. Rooms were great, breakfast was good. Only negative was the $15 charge for parking in the hotel parking lot. Maybe I'm not well traved but I've never had to pay for a private parking lot at a hotel. I had trouble figuring out how to pay for the parking via the QR code and again the girl at the front desk was happy to help me out. Great place to stay overall.
We sincerely enjoyed our stay exploring downtown and the Old Market area, as well as the Hot Shops art studios and Joslyn Art Museum. The staff went out of their way to be sure we had what we needed. It is my wife's birthday weekend, and they left her a lovely note and cookies!! General and Assistant Managers Lisa and Chayannie are gracious hosts. We highly recommend this hotel.
We arrived super late and staff was so nice! I’m not sure why there are so many complaints about staff… but maybe just bad days? We didn’t have any issues. Pool was cold. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Close drive to the zoo, and old market. Parking wasn’t bad- the signs are hard to understand. We would stay here again!
The front desk manager is super helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, modern, and quiet. That is by far the best continental breakfast I've ever seen at a Holiday Inn and I travel A LOT. Would definitely stay again!
the room was large and clean. location was very quiet which I enjoyed. the staff was very professional and cordial. I would definitely recommend this place and if I even come back I know exactly where I'll be staying. one happy customer
Stayed here for a work trip. Tabitha at the front desk was AMAZING. She was very informative, friendly, and knowledgeable. You could tell that she really enjoys her position and making your stay pleasurable. She always had a smile and friendly greeting as people walked in. She even shared amiable small talk after I would come back for the evening after a full day at work.
